PB&J Overnight Oats Breakfast Treat

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek-style yogurt, 2% milkfat
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam, divided
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats (see Note)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Cooking Instructions:

Whisk together yogurt, milk, honey, and peanut butter in a bowl until fully blended. Stir in chia seeds and oats. Transfer 1/3 of the yogurt mixture to jars and top with half of the raspberry jam. Spoon another third of the yogurt mixture into jars, and top with remaining jam. Add remaining yogurt mixture to jars, cover with lids, and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before eating; oats can be refrigerated up to 48 hours before serving. Garnish each jar with chopped peanuts before eating.
