As the echoes of our Veterans Day Ceremony linger in our hearts, we, the Mendel Newsletter Team, wish to express our profound appreciation to all who attended the event virtually or in person. Your presence deeply enriched the ceremony, turning it into a shared honor and remembrance for the brave men and women who have served our nation.

We must express our heartfelt thanks to the Veterans Committee and, in particular, to John Fanning, whose steadfast commitment was crucial to the success of our ceremony. The combined dedication of John and the committee, from the earliest stages of planning through to the final moments of the event, ensured that our tribute to our veterans’ courage and sacrifice was deeply moving and appropriate. It was through their diligent efforts that our vision was realized, creating a day imbued with a profound sense of gratitude and community spirit.

Your participation, standing shoulder to shoulder as we honored our heroes, truly embodied the essence of Veterans Day. It was a vivid reminder of the strength and unity found in our community when we come together to celebrate and remember.
