The Mendel High School Alumni Association is proud to announce the 2025 Legacy Award. This award celebrates the achievements of immediate descendants of Mendel Catholic High School alumni and supports their continued education.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Who can apply?
  • Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, or Great-Great Grandchildren of Mendel High School Alumni.
• Academic qualifications:
  • Current high school senior graduating in 2025.
  • Minimum ACT score of 21 or SAT score of 1100.
  • Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Additional documentation:
  • Proof of acceptance to a 2- or 4-year institution of higher education (college, university, or trade school).
  • Proof of community or school involvement.
  • A 300-word essay on: “What have you learned over the past four years that will help you to be successful in the future?”

Award Details:

• Awards range from $500 to $1,000.

How to Apply:

1. Complete the application form.
2. Include the following documentation:
   • Copy of SAT or ACT scores.
   • Proof of a minimum 2.8 GPA.
   • Acceptance letter from a college, university, or trade school.
   • Proof of Mendel High School alumni legacy.
   • A 300-word essay as outlined above.
3. Submit your application and required materials by March 31, 2025 to:
