The next R-O-M-E-O (Random-Old-Monarchs-Eating-Out) will be on May 15 from 10 AM to noon at Original Pancake House at 15256 South LaGrange Road in Orland Park.

Ed Hammer (70), who will be hosting this R-O-M-E-O, is encouraging everyone to stop in even just for a cup of coffee to catch up with some old Classmates and Teammates. It also will be an opportunity to learn about the many activities happening through the Mendel Alumni Association, including, but not limited to:

the Inaugural Mendel Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship,
the Chicago Catholic League HOF Induction (April 27) that will include two Monarchs,
the Mendel HOF Induction (May 27),
the Mendel All-Class Picnic (June 24),
the Mendel Golf Outing (July 12), as well as
the Mendel All-Class One-Day Retreat (August 2).

We plan to have Mendel hats, shirts, and decals available for purchase at R-O-M-E-O.

Come out and join us on May 15. You can catch up on Judge Judy, Judge Mathis and Jeopardy on May 16!
